enercret installation:
220 steel-reinforced concrete piles DN 65 cm, length 15 m plus the ground slab with 6000 m² were equipped with approx. 78 km of HDPE piping DN 25/2.3 mm to harness and store geothermal energy for heating and cooling the building.

- Heating capacity: 1,680 kW
- Cooling output/year: 1,450 MWh
- Heating output/year: 840 MWh
