New Logistics And Management Centre In Wolfurt (Western Austria) Will Be Cooled And Heated By 300 Energy Piles, August 2004 Only recently the construction of the new logistics and management centre of the Haberkorn Group has started. Haberkorn decided to use enercret for heating and cooling of the 5,500 m²( effective area) office building. The energy demand will be covered by 300 energy piles. For the first time vibro stone columns of Keller Grundbau can be used as energy piles. The energy exchange inside of the building will be achieved by thermo-active ceilings. Both systems can be combined perfectly and have been used by Nägele for more than 20 years.
